Ike & Tina Turner Revue Live is the first live album by
 Ike & Tina Turner released on Kent Records in 1964.
The Ike & Tina Turner Revue was formed in 1960
in St. Louis by songwriter, musician, and bandleader Ike Turner
The Revue had already built a reputation as "one of the most
potent live acts on the R&B circuit," so for their first, and the
only Kent album they recorded a live album.

Lowell Fulson (March 31, 1921 – March 7, 1999) was an American blues guitarist and songwriter,
in the West Coast blues tradition. He also recorded for contractual reasons as Lowell Fullsom
and Lowell Fulsom. After T-Bone Walker, he was the most important
 figure in West Coast blues in the 1940s and 1950s.

In the early 1960s Love worked with Ray Charles in California and 

Aretha Franklin, eventually becoming Motown's West Coast house

 bandleader with whom he played & toured with The Four Tops, 

The Temptations, Tammi Terrell, Marvin Gaye, Gladys Knight and others.

 Love also recorded with Nichelle Nichols, Janis Joplin, Frank Zappa

 (Freak Out), Shuggie Otis, T-Bone Walker, Charles Brown, Ruth Brown,

 and many others. Love also appears in the Clint Eastwood film, 


Play Misty For Me with the Johnny Otis band.










On front cover and labels "featuring Shuggie Otis on Guitar" 

is mentioned. Spine denotes just "Preston Love's Omaha Bar-B-Q".
