This is Johnny "Big Moose" Walker, a.k.a. J.W. Walker,
 Moose John, Bushy Head and probably other names.
 He played piano on a lot of blues sessions with the likes
 of Elmore James, Earl Hooker, Ike Turner and Johnny Otis.
